- iso dumbbell curl (35 lbs)- 12x3 on each arm
- iso dumbbell curl (40 lbs)- 8x3 each arm
- Alternating hammer curls (35 lbs)- 10x3
- alternating hammer curls (30 lbs)- 10x3
- preacher curls (cable 60 lbs)- 10x3
- spider curls (35 lbs)- 10x3
at this point, the equipment failed on me, so I did random arm workouts that I'm not going to even count.
Basically, this day was a bad work out day (partially due to weather conditions and getting to the gym) and...leg was out of the question but tmrw I'll go back to my normal workouts.
