9/4/13 : New Semester

It's been a while...

I've been fucking busy this summer (not really) so blogger's been off my priority list for a while. I've been consistent with my workouts but my diet slipped (once again). Ima try a human experiment and just concentrate on my diet this semester. I'll try to update a lot more this semester, but for now here's 6 facts about water and its benefits:

1) Drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids.
2) Water can help control calories.
3) Water helps energize muscles.
4) Water helps skin looking good.
5) Water helps your kidneys.
6) Water helps maintain normal bowel function.
